Today we went to El Plantio for the last of the six Away
Day competitions for 2014 which qualified for the Bill Williams Away Day Trophy. We had 19 members and 2 guests and the competition was Individual
Stableford. A special welcome went to
Bill Williams, our sponsor for the Away Day Trophy who had been absent for
quite a while. Well done to Gordon, our
winner today. This Trophy is cumulative and takes the best three results. We will find out the overall winner for 2014 on 31 January 2015,
our Presentation Dinner at La Cova.
We welcomed back our guests John and Ann Brook who finished the round on equal
scores and no doubt will share the
guest prize of a bottle of wine..
