There still seems to be some confusion regarding the path on the right hand side of hole 7. Any ball lying on the tarmacked part of the path can be moved to the nearest point of relief without penalty.
However, it is a Local Rule that any ball lying on the sandy part of the path must be played as it lies and will incur a penalty shot if moved.
